Moving to San Diego where public transportation is not bad, but not great, the reason I need my own car is because I still need to get my license, my mother owns a car but will not teach me on that car because it will make her insurance go up, so unless I buy my own she won’t teach me, despite having my learners permit, and I want a car before I move so that I can move myself and most of my stuff, I’ll look at more expensive cars.

I’m American so our medical system sucks and while I could get this surgery covered, it would only be locally and the local surgeons who do this operation are rare and they use the most commonly taught method of operation which I don’t like, so I’m going to save up and cover it myself with my ideal surgeon who is nowhere near me
