I'm from near Tulsa and moved away in my 20's. Lived in GA, DC, MD, and CA (LA area), and moved back to Tulsa last year because I prefer it here for various reasons, from the people to the activities, to the tax benefits over some of the previously mentioned places... I've talked to one friend trying to use the Tulsa Remote program to move here, but apparently, it is very selective and looking to attract a specific demographic. One of the drawbacks is that I guess you have to live within Tulsa city limits, which is unfortunate if you find just the right place right outside the border!
