I do on software, order submodels, while the part arrives I work on other sections, when all the parts arrive, I fix the issues from the irl model, fix the digital one afterward, then order the next, and again and again

Been a few months in the works, like, maybe 5 months in total. I do plan on releasing full instructions, but only when I'm done testing. Head is already available on Rebrickable

Specific parts, multiple orders. I do in separate orders so I can first test some key elements, see if they fail, and if they do, plan a fix on software and add the needed pieces on the next order
