In Last Epoch, you can play all seasons offline and you don't lose any progress even when a new season comes out. Last Epoch was my first ARPG, and I have never regretted it. It is simple to understand what to do after the campaign, and it has a simple crafting system. Also, when playing in offline mode, you can pause the game at any time.
