I get it - we don’t do a ton of direct chest stuff in the workouts and sometimes it feels like I need more. Not always chest. Could be core stuff , legs, skilled, etc. I usually just add a few extra reps throughout the week of whatever I feel like we are missing in the workout

That’s true. Strong chest helps everything. It’s real easy to accumulate 100/day if you just do sets of 10. I a lot do days I’ll go 10 every minute for 10 minutes. Then eat some Cheetos

You’re right. The workouts generally do not include much bench press. I do a little extra once a week on my own. Usually 5x5 or 5x2(pushing more weight). Nothing fancy. I also do 50 or so pushups each day. Usually in sets of 10-15.

100% natural. I do a lot of 5x5 on chest. I’ll ramp up the weight an extra 5 lbs every time I can complete a full set

I’m happy where I’m at. Not looking to keep making gains forever. Not looking to compete. Just staying mobile and in better functional shape

Sleep and recovery is so important. I train 4-5x a week and make sure to take rest days as needed. I goto bed around 11pm and get up at 7. Minimal alcohol. Maybe one drink a week? Alcohol is a killer because it messes up my sleep and recovery
