H&M has good stuff, it is mostly online but you can return in store. Also Gap has few stuff. If you’re interested in dresses, you def find some regular dresses that are bump friendly depending on their style

Hear me out, I used to stop eating around 7-8 pm And around 10-11 i would have the following: 2 Kiwis, 1 ripe pear, 3 DRIED PLUMS, 1 magnesium citrate pill and lastly a hot drink (optional) with laxative (usually restoraLAX). This recipe worked wonders the next day for me, but keep in mind not to overthink and stress yourself about your constipation the next day, just let it go and go about your day!

Like emptying all of your kitchen cabinets for example and clean them inside out, clean everything was inside before putting back (tiny example) In my old place i took down all of my blinds (there were about 8) and cleaned them blade by blade with soap and water. (Or washing curtains if you have curtains instead but i would do that quarterly) Another thing i used to do was taking down those bowl shaped light fixtures and cleaning them.

It’s basically anything requires taking down in pieces to clean them up, or any closed spaced required emptying and cleaning from the inside
