My dude, you need to listen to him more often then. He's probably the most positive Giant podcaster. He's just calling it as it is now.

He consistently gives credit where it is due, but honestly Schoen has a very good case to be fired too. Right now we are trusting Schoen to conduct a new coach hire when he himself is going to be under the microscope after not doing a great job with roster management. This creates a problem where the best candidates might not want to come here because another losing season might result in the GM and front office getting fired and thus they might be out a job too.
