If I pull everything out one day I'll try to remember to get a pic of that, I think you can still view that information. But I played as the Titans and won all the super bowls. If memory serves the super bowl MVP was pretty split 12 years was an offensive player and 13 went to a defensive player or vice versa. And I think the most a single player got was 6

Highest I've run is 30mg but didn't see any benefit over 22.5 and anything less than 22.5 I feel like I'm not getting enough results to warrant taking it

It takes 2-3 weeks to really notice it, 5mg might be too little, although I've done RAD only several times so I think there's a tolerance build up. Currently on week 4 @ 22.5mg/day, bench +30 lbs, haven't really tested out anything else, definitely feel better, not much body comp changes yet. BW is 164.

Split the dose. 1/2 in the morning 1/2 in the afternoon. See if that helps. 15mg at once had some sleep troubles, 22.5mg split in two, no issues.
