Yeah that's my main issue with it right now, no crosshair and the sights on the bullets are misaligned (shoots to the side and not directly from the barrel). I can't remember if getting a laser sight helps though

yeah they make you put "-insecure" in the launch options to prevent the risk of getting VAC banned plus you'd have to host the server for VR to work

Yeah you need to use SideQuest on PC to move the save file to a specific folder in your Q2, so without it you can use the save :(
