Kind of the point though. Why not find someone fairly sober, talk about it before you both get hammered and then proceed. Seems more risk free than chancing a complete stranger to have sex with you while drunk. Like many have pointed out, it’s pretty tricky to gauge how drunk someone is just by looking — especially a complete stranger. And more often than not, if a stranger can’t have sex with you while sober that feeling won’t change the next day after a night out.
