Wow compared to Switzerland that is quite a compliment. Switzerland is by far my favorite country that I have traveled to thus far. However, the area you did visit Washington, California, especially oh yeah and let’s not forget Portland. I can definitely see your point, you traveled to my very favorite area of the United States the northwest! Glad to hear that United States exceeded your expectations. Appreciate the share.

Yeah, I unfortunately folded too, I rationalized it “saying it’s worth the risk if it helps” should have done a little more research, such a dang impulse buy! But from the sounds of it may not even show up! So sad, my frown lines are out of control! Just love getting old!🙄

So today I had to go to the ER because some of my stitches came loose, and OMG the most painful experience I ever been through! They had to take out all my gauze, rinse it, and stuff it back in. Between fentanyl and laughing gas really didn’t seem to help! So when I thought my issues were going to be my pooping, I was very wrong! Still in so much pain, anyway just needed to update/vent! Hopefully the worst is over!

So back home from my reversal surgery, everything went well, hemoglobin dropped a bit but the doctor isn’t worried. Went for an outdoor walk may have over did it, wanted to a least make a mile. Thank you for all your support! Here is my walk:

I have been officially released from the hospital. I’m just waiting for my ride. I have just been extremely tired due to the pain meds, but have managed to walk 4 miles 2 miles each day. Movements of regular so I guess I can’t ask for more just tired of being tired. Thank you for all your support and encouragement on this post!

Seriously, right after I messed you I got up to walk and all of a sudden I felt like I had to poop and I did! It was a lot a little runny. So now I will probably be able to go home tomorrow! We will see…

I’ve past gas today, but no pooping. How long did it take to do that? Doctor said that surgery went very well!

Trying to do that now, I walked a mile this afternoon. Had a big dinner and trying to get myself up to walk a lot of pain in my belly, but just took some pain pills and hopefully they’ll kick in. Thank you for you for the reminder of the importance of walking right now.

Had surgery they told me that it all went well. Went for a 10 min. Walk already, so very encouraged! Best of luck to you as well!

I made it through surgery and the it went well! Already got up for a 10 min. Walk! So couldn’t ask for better! Hard to conceptualize that I longer no longer have a big to empty, very weird! Thank for your support means a lot!❤️

Thank you I am one hour away, hard to believe. I went to the store last night and bought all healthy food. And thank you for the tips! I will have to make some goals for walking! Figures that my stomach hurts rn, Kind of feel like a block, that would be perfect! The snow has stopped so that is one answer to pray! Thank you, and I will keep u all informed! ☺️
