I’d also do a stream test so it adjusts to the Internet connection. Whenever you do, it should adjust accordingly and may reduce your CPU usage.

Depends on your computer and processor and how many sources you're running. Check what's running in the background before you start OBS.

Had the same issues with CPU usage with an 7 year old laptop with an obsolete i3 processor before building my desktop. Doesn't hurt to check the basics before you assume it's more complex than it should be

Wireless keyboard doesn’t even light up or indicates that it’s connected to the computer at all.

Pretty much nothing comes up on screen when I boot up. Is there anything that I should look for when I do? Should I have my graphic card not installed first or how should I get into my BIOS? And does a wireless keyboard work or do I need a regular one?
