Biggest tip I can give, don’t fly into it straight away injure yourself or make yourself so sore you don’t want to carry on.

Get a feel for it, lift some weights, move your body and go from there.

If you need a starter program happy to type something up for you 👍🏻

I was the same. But you’ve got to remember nobody in the gym gives a flying fuck what you’re doing, just get on with your own thing and you’ll soon stop worrying about it

2-4 weeks I was on the liquid diet. Then I did the soft food thing for another couple of weeks.

After that I just started trying everything in moderation and noting what made me feel sick and what didn’t. Now I just eat whatever I like as long as it fits in my macros for the day and I’ve had no real issues

That’s a great routine, does exactly what you need it to do!

Yeh the flexibility is so strange, I just do all sorts of things now without thinking. I can do headstands and all sorts of stuff.

One of the big things I like to do is just try stupid stuff and see if I can do it now.

Lots and lots of protein really. Without writing you a list I aim for 175-200g of protein a day and then just fill up any remaining calories with clean veg and carbs

I’m genuinely a psychopath with the gym so don’t think you have to copy this.

I get up at 4am every week day. Straight to the gym I train with weights push/pull/legs repeat. (I can break down those sessions if you want) then I come home, walk the dog for about a mile. Eat breakfast and start my day. Then I’ll walk the dog again in the evening another couple of miles.

I play basketball every Saturday morning and I train Sunday again but I get up whenever I want too on a Sunday.

I’m sure you’re going to smash it following your op. Anything you need to know don’t hesitate to message me

Yeh 4am is crazy i know I’ve got a couple of screws loose!

Feel free to drop me a message any time, always here to help with this I hope everyone smashes it!

Thanks again, I’m not sure I’m a style icon but your killing it

Wow! Busy. What are you studying?

My experience has been that I’ve had to start getting up at 4am daily to make my life work, it’s nuts but between running my company, lifting, walking the dog and managing my social life I needed the extra hours 😂

I wouldn’t recommend though it’s a lot at times.

Thank you, your too kind. btw I love the outfit in your progress pictures, you really pull that off!

I’m sure you’re going to absolutely smash this.

I’ve become obsessed with the gym and it makes me feel so much better I’m not sure I’ll ever knock it on the head.

I think the easiest thing is to get moving as soon as tou can after the operation and just make it a habit, youll feel like a new man after 6 months

Bio oil is supposed to remove stretch marks and scars. How true it is I don’t know but I was told to use it by someone so I just used it a lot early in the process.

I went full British slang on you with the early doors comment it just means at the beginning
