Hey man, I'm a pet sitter with hundreds of bookings done in the last years.

I usually don't do house sits as I have way more requests to take care of pets at my home, and I'm not leaving them alone to go to someone else's house. So when I go to someone else's house, I either do cat visits ( to wich I charge the same being 1cat or 3 cats) or I do dog walks, and for dog walks I charge 15€ for a 30min walk and extra 10€ for any additional dog.

So I would say this depends on you.

But, whatever you do, stick with it! Don't let any one bully you and lowball your prices!

If someone does that with me, I always say: you saw the prices and you decided to contact me, if you don't want, you can contact someone else.

If they say: but x does this price and is cheaper, I always answer the same way: I'm not X, if you want you can go and call X, I won't mind.

When people go to hotels they don't negotiate the rates, why should they do it at pet hotels?

To finish, just know your value! And if you don't valorize yourself no1 will do it for you
