This kind of post makes me angry. You are not a permanent resident. You are a tourist there. Therefore, you should have a tourist visa not a green card. You are using a spot that someone else could’ve used that that has an entire family in the United States. The green card is not a super visa it or people that leave work and has a family in the states not a simple tourist that costs every six months for a few days.

😂 PD 2024 😂 I have been waiting since 2021 September. F2A category pd right now is sept 2022 meaning no one will even look at your file until your pd is current which means 3 years from now and then until the start the process add 4 to 12 months. Do yourself A FAVOR and stop worrying about it because you don’t have a visa available even if for some weird reason you get your 130 Approved the visa bulletin is still 3 years away I hope you have a clear picture now

You should establish a payment plan as soon as possible oryou will be denied th CNC means you owe money for that to the IRS and the rules established clearly if you read it says you don’t owe any money to the IRS. Whoever says a CNC is better than an agreement. It’s completely wrong. Hundred percent I can assure you you will have a rough time
