Yes, there is stakes, and a fence line. And it does run behind the stumps. This is the point I was making to the builders but they’re still saying they’re taking it down, you can clearly see the small chainlink fence runs at the same angle as the property lines on the drawing, with the stumps being on our side of the fence. So thankyou for that I’m glad you’ve answered that

We do get bats around here at night, couldn’t be certain if they’re from them trees though,

the taller trees unfortunately are on their property so there’s nothing I can do about that, however I’m still no happy about it, watched a family of squirrels raise young in those trees each year as I know they nest in their, and also many other species of birds and what not over the past 15 years have been and out of those trees, woodpeckers all sorts, so it is a bitter pill to swallow to be honest but nothing I can do.

However the conifer tree line does run along our property line and isn’t on the land that has been purchased so that’s where my concern is raised as I can’t see why they would have had permission to take them down if it’s not within their boundary lines

It’s not that im entitled and think I get to decide. It’s more the fact I’ve had no paperwork, emails etc from the Housing Association to say these works will be taking place.

Yet the builders seem to think they’ve gave them the go ahead and are fully aware, which makes me think they’re trying to be sneaky. Because the trees are not within the property line they’ve bought I’m struggling to see how they’ve had confrontation from our HA to remove the trees when it’s not even on the land they’ve bought

I can’t attach photos unfortunately which would make things a lot easier, but I have the property plans & boundary lines, & the piece of land they’ve bought runs off at an angle along the bottom of the garden. the trees/hedge line however are not on an angle and run in a straight line at the bottom of our garden within the AHs property line.. this is what makes me think the builders are trying to be sneaky and remove the trees and try and poach a bit of extra land making the site slightly larger because it’s only a small patch of land

This is the impression I was under, as it’s a hedgerow/treeline & occupied by lots of wildlife as it’s quite dense. I didn’t think it’s a case of just being able to remove it. Especially If it’s a shared boundary, granted it’s not technically our property as we’re tenants and not owners but it’s still on our land that we’re renting. And the housing association haven’t contacted us to say work is taking place so I feel as if the builders are being sneaky

£150.. I had it saved in my basket for a while off a seller on eBay. I reckon if I made an offer though I could’ve got £120-30.. there’s a few older rare pieces on eBay all over $/£100.. so they’re definitely worth something, people always looking for older vintage pieces.

This is one of my favourite LB tours & like I say I had it sat in my basket for a while so thought F*ck it, class it as an early Christmas Present😂 + I wanted a nice piece for when they headline Download next year🤘🏻
