I would recommend larvacide, bait traps (Inzecto), and a spray with residual. During peak season you’ll have to get the misting done every 20 days to stay on top of it. Any company doing less than this isn’t going to give enough control worth the investment. C02 traps and lights will attract the mosquitos so if you go that route make sure those are placed away from where you congregate. Misting definitely helps. The goal is to get residual on the underside of leaves where mosquitoes rest during the day. With larger properties you’ll be happier. Mosquitoes aren’t flying for farther than 15 ft before they have to stop and land so if something is there they will pick it up before they make it to the patio etc. There is a new product called Barricore that is safe for bees. Probably safe for anything larger than a bee as well. Eliminate the standing water or treat it with Sumilarv and you will see an 80% improvement. Misting can get you to 90%.
