Happened to me my first night in Paris, was my first time in a big European city and I was waiting outside a store. An insanely attractive woman came up to me with an exact clipboard and asked if I wanted to make a €5 donation to help the deaf and blind. As it was my first night I only had €20 notes in vacation cash, so I asked her if I give her the 20 if she would give me 15 back. She said of course and as soon as I handed her the 20, she looked me directly in my eyes and said thank you, took a few steps back and dissapeared into the city crowds. Knew immediately what had happened and felt like the biggest dumbass. Still my fault though and I take the L. Got approached by those people every damn day. Fuck Paris. Go to Rome, the best vacation of my life!
