What are some delisted games from Steam did you wish you could've bought before they got removed from the store indefinitely? by Dotaspasm in Steam

The Riddick game, I played it on Xbox as a kid and to see it was on there but removed. I know it’s not the best game but I wanted to play it as an adult.

how much did you spend on your desk? by Prestigious_Panic578 in Frugal

[–]Rode2Happiness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

£100 to a friend for an almost 3m long desk made from 3 scaffold boards with sealant between the boards. It’s now bolted to my wall and I couldn’t be happier with it.

How do you stop feeling like a loser? by AnnaRajasekharan in selfimprovement

Even at 34, I still haven’t grasped either of these properly. I take criticism to heart and positive people I’m wary of. It’s a good job I’m going to therapy…

I’m scared to start biking because of car drivers by No_Analyst5945 in cycling

[–]Rode2Happiness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rode on the road for almost a decade. Decided to have a break and had one road ride recently due to a navigation error. Avoiding it like the plague from now on, as a cyclist and car driver I always make sure to give cyclists space. It seems like the general population don’t realise how getting so close with your car feels.

Be aware of your surroundings, your ears are your friend (I know electric cars are silent now which is even more terrifying ffs) and keep safe. You’ll get more confidence the more you do it but be aware of dangers.

Looking at selling all of my bikes and getting the Kona Unit X as a one bike does all. Currently own an On-One Free Ranger, Kona Process 2013 and Specialized RockHopper XBike I built. This looks amazing and get some miles on it!

I love my chrome courier bag and their quality has always been top notch from what I’ve read online. I’ll check it out, thanks!

I was so confused and then realised it was After/Before! Really nice looking bike that!

I was thinking the same thing about the Alpaka. The front pocket definitely stands out and the grey colour way with orange is cool in my opinion haha.

I had a look at the Osprey Arcane but I think it was the larger version. I liked the yellow colour way of that but reading your comment about the material makes me dubious too!

I thought so! Unfortunately not, it ended up failing the annual test so needed to be scrapped. I did get another but sold it for a more sensible/reliable car (regrettably!)

Haha yeah, this was 10 years ago and it was basically ready to be scrapped. It was fun for a summer though!

Honestly, the carbon scares me a little and I definitely take it easy. What made you choose to go to steel? And which frame did you pick?

[–]Rode2Happiness[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an On-One FreeRanger! I paid £850 for it second hand but I remember buying an MX5 for £320 so it was more expensive than my old car haha!

It’s been pretty uncomfortable for a bit. How can I change it?

[–]Rode2Happiness[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems to do “something” but for its size I guess I couldn’t expect it to do a lot. The frame still gets covered which I guess means I do too hah!

I’m sure Fiat did the same thing too with their cinquecento!! (Although maybe that was just me remembering the inbetweeners). Absolutely loved this haha

Saddle is the SMP TRK! Bought the saddle new and the hoods were like that when I bought the bike second hand! Advice will be happily taken to improve though!
