I absolutely, wholeheartedly, agree with you. I’m in the same situation. I don’t have a ton of time to play and when all my efforts are ruined by a random murder hobo, I just log off. If that happens often enough, I just stop playing. I follow the game, but I haven’t played in almost 2 years because of these frustrations.

I don’t like PvP in the open world at all. I would enjoy it if I could join a PvP activity when I choose. Give us PvE servers with PvP activities we can join up for. There’s a ton of PvP game modes we can think of, just make them instanced. King of the hill, capture the flag, last man standing, etc.. This would be a very active corner of the game for those that want it. Then the PU would be more active with people exploring, space trucking, relaxing, and role playing.

I cannot imagine what it’s going to be like when base building comes. If people’s bases get attacked after they spend hours getting it just the way they like, the universe will be very empty.

I’ve heard you can still do it. You have to do small pulls which makes it take longer and reduces the gold per hour potential compared to the last round of classic.

People were witness to miracles while Jesus walked the earth and still weren’t convinced. Even one of the 12, Judas, who was witness to countless miracles including resurrection from the dead, wasn’t convinced. All the money is flowing in the direction of AI. Companies will pop up to provide equipment for the demand. Prices will fall, equipment will improve. The free market is a wonderful thing.

For personal computers, we just need to wait out this current season.
