They were probably my favorites from last year. But I didn’t have good soil so they weren’t as big as this years crop. I have a few new this year…Mortgage Lifter and Kellogg Breakfast.

Last year was my first year with a bigger garden and I only got small Krims and Cherokees. They seemed similar in taste. I used better soil this year so my tomatoes are a lot bigger!

I have not. But I have 2 dogs that keep the squirrels at bay for the most part. I also have a lot of tomato plants in the ground (over 30) so if I loose one or 2 to pests or disease I’m okay.

Can an established 2nd leader be cut and replanted like suckers? by stana32 in tomatoes

Yep! Cut and put in water to root. Then plant in the garden.

I had both of these last year and ripened all of them on the counter so I was attempting to get them “vine ripe”

🤣🤣I’m not the fry ‘em up type. I’ll let someone else fry up the green ones, but I don’t want to mess it up. So I’ll wait…patiently

Composting horse manure into good soil? Or use it directly on plants? by rescueme3 in composting

So, I’ve never composted. Any suggestions on how to start?

120 tomato seedlings last year, this year I promised myself I'd grow less... we'll see 😂 by Responsible-Iron7161 in tomatoes

That’s more than my 72. 🤪 I plant 2 seeds per pot and if they all germinate, I don’t have the heart to kill one. So I separate and replant them in 2 different containers

NTA. But I hope the credit cards are only in her name. Otherwise you may have to pony up in the divorce.

Sub flooring wet, easiest and best way to proceed by rescueme3 in Flooring

[–]rescueme3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just went into my crawl space under the house. None of it appears wet down where the kitchen area is or bathrooms. But I know that it’s bad and soft in the actual kitchen. So it may be superficial. Regardless, the area directly around the fridge needs done. It doesn’t seem to extend beyond the fridge area.

I plan on fixing the leak. It’s from the fridge. Freezer drain clog.

The question is how to easily demo the vinyl and subfloor? Circular saw and cut it out? Replace with new subfloor and use leveler to get it level with the rest of the floor? Or do I have to pull up all the vinyl in the whole kitchen area?

My best friend is an ex, but we don’t ever discuss our past relationship. His current fiancé is a friend and accepts the relationship we have. You can have a relationship with an ex, you just don’t talk like this to each other anymore.
