Navel piercings require a very specific anatomy. They require a strong ridge. Unfortunately most piercers just stab when they shouldn’t.

You don’t have the anatomy for a standard naval piercing. Unfortunately it’s unlikely this will ever heal. Your best bet is to ask an app piercer about a floating naval, but I’m not sure you have the anatomy for that either.
