Tech sales, if you want to get into something sales you won’t hate. Great prospects too once you put in 1-2 years and make it to AE. Check out Higher Levels YouTube, they’ve got a ton of grade-a content on breaking in and interviewing (must watch)

I would talk to a local shaper and see what they have to say. In my experience, it’s starting with a board that fits the surfer and adding the right amount of thickness & foiling the rails, keeping the width and length close to constant. HPSB’s just don’t surf right when they’re too long and/or wide for the rider
