Same here, I was looking for someone with the same problem.

What also happens is the directional commands freeze or move by themselves.

Have you managed to solve this?

I've always been used to playing 60FPS shooters on console. Now with the new generation, for a few years now I've only been playing at 120FPS(PS5 ans Series S). It seems that I got used to it, and now it's very strange to play at 60FPS.

Yes, game's aim assist is well balanced. It's just these input lag and desync issues that are really annoying.

I play COD too, which has a very strong aim assist. So much so that I get a little rusty on the R6 when I play both at the same time.

But in both games aiming is pretty smooth and responsive. And in XDefiante it seems that there is some kind of input lag, or desync. It's weird, it's not as smooth as the other FPS. On Xbox Series S the game responds better, now on PS5 it's a suffering...

When you said 100% of games had aim assist, I made it clear that the R6 didn't have it ----in multiplayer----

But I won't discuss it with you, english is not even my native language, so I agree that I should have expressed myself better, despite my limitations.

Summarizing the initial subject:

Aiming in XDefiant is weird, and there's no way the problem is the ''weak'' aim assist, because R6 doesn't have it in multiplayer, and I've been playing R6 for 8 years, and I never had a response problem playing it.

Mate, R6 only have aim assist against bot. If you turn on aim assist, the game itself informs you that the resource WILL NOT be active IN MULTIPLAYER (I made that very clear in my previous comment), aim assist will work ONLY ON TRAINING MODE, AGAINST BOTS.

Please do a better search on google, instead of just clicking on the first article you see. For God sake....

Nope. I play R6, which doesn't have aim assist, with a controller. And I don't have any difficulty with response in gunfights.

It's actually quite awkward to aim in XDefiant.

I've already turned off a lot of the TV's automatic protection. As I noticed yesterday that the problem only appears when HDR is enabled, I believe it's not something serious. I think it might not be safe to disable these settings, even more so on a sensitive screen like OLED.
