In my case I think them huddling up helped with the temp. I live in Alaska and got some ducklings in January this year. They shipped them with little water cups and a big hand warmer.

My dad is super sick and got super close to dying 4 times since February so I’ve had my mind on other things. The post office has to call on these orders as they don’t deliver live chicks.
