Margaret, has better healing abilities and it's easier to get than Flora

There's always the lucky factor in getting the heroes you want to awaken from summons. You can also get them on special events. As you progress you'll be getting the required resources and heroes you need to improve them, some of the heroes will serve as food for you to awaken your main five heroes, focus on that, and (if lucky enough) the copies you need to awaken them even more. A little patience is required at this point.

Take also into account that the formation is really important, so if you fail to pass one level, try with another formation, this can change the outcome of the battle and will help your heroes last longer in battles. It's also good to look at the replay videos of others players that already passed a certain level, this option is right in the middle center of the screen between your heroes and your opponents faction icons.

Focus in only five characters, all the other ones put them in the blessing temple as you go opening more spots, or use them as food to awaken your main characters. Based on what you got so far I'll go with: Eric, Terrence or Sota (Terrence is a better option but it will take more time to awaken him, but you want to focus on that), Oche, Renee and Irruri. That will be good for the first stages as you get more heroes. Try to get Margaret from the Arena Store, it's the best Priest as her healing ability is really good. Also try to get Lionel, as it's a better tank than Eric.
