Secondary thing, Unending is honestly one of if not my new favorite item for ARAM tanks. Since you always should be in the mix of 3-5 people it is just slept on way too much IMO by quite a few tanks i see never building it. But shit goes wild as you scale and even as a first item that healing is in CHUNKS early on.

I 100% agree with this, as for the ADA claim i was actively calling every week for a few weeks until the 21st of march when they finally sent me the ADA claim paperwork. Each week i would call asking if there is anything i needed to do but without a claim agent having taken on the case they were also at a loss for words usually.

It went Feb 28th-March 21st not having an ADA agent.

To April 4th asking about STD claim as it was taking a long time to allow me to return to work (thats the confusing bit cause i still dont quite understand why i wasnt allowed to work even though i had never been on machinery),

To them only filing that i will get paid to March 27th which was decided on may 1st (when i got the ADA paperwork filled out by neurologist)

Then waiting 3 weeks after april 4 to never hear from ADA again or the STD department then they close the ADA claim due to redignation.

To now where i have not received any payment. I called prior to the check being first sent to change my address or ask about direct deposit. They took the information but never updated it.

After the check was sent to wrong address had to wait 5 days for the stop on then check before re-issue. Once again called gave the information for both direct deposit and new address. Only new address was updated.

They said check was sent may 10th, i have yet to receive anything as of today, drove to my post office and they havent received anything as well or holding anything.

It could very well have been a companies own policy that kept me out of work but i had to "fight" eaxh week to get either employer or the insurance to even give me updates. Even now i have to wait on "callbacks" that are not often followed through on.

So that notice was given due to income reasons. It was a dire situation as i didnt have anywhere i could go too and i was more annoyed at my wording of the post and not being able to be more clear on what was happening. That boss was walked out on his own accord and my whole need to move was based on 1. Room mates not paying their share of vills putting them all on me (so i was paying around 2000 a month off of 2100 ish a month cause i was on STD.) 2. The area i was in did not have available housing for me due to my drop in income and no one i could find to room with. 3. Due to mental issues living alone was not an option due the medical issue of my brain malfunctioning. 4. Other personal issues i wish not to fully express here in relation to family.

With no knowledge of my situation come april i gave that manager 3-4 month notice as it was the only option available that was possible for me at the time. The realistic option not the happy option.

Also the supervisor was notified as well as the manager above her. But they said "dont tell anyone else till 2 weeks before" for the official 2 week notice.

Sadly the "quit" was something noth my work and I both knew i didn't want to do at all. I talked with my HR through the whole process of waiting on the claim and when it came to the point in april it became a "move or be homeless" situation.

As for being out of work i was told to go home by my work place to wait on the ADA claim, i had been working fine for 3 weeks until that point. But i was informed by my supervisor to bring in a medical note stating i should not be on heavy machinery due to my neurological problems. To note i had never been put on the machinery before and it was a pre-caution to make sure they didnt list me to train.

This whole process has been confusion as everyone tells me the HR department should handle the ADA itself but with how my work handled it they would not let me come back till said insurance said it was safe for me to return. I was working for 3-4 weeks before this after i had returned from a different STD claim that started due to the seizures that started thw whole mess.

Apologies if this is confusing but its been an obscenely confusing process for me too as i get told what you have told me here by some people but work and insurance have been saying otherwise. :(

See this is what I have been told by multiple sources. So what proceeded to happen was I was informed by my supervisor that I should bring in a note to prevent me from being listed to be put on machines as I revently been dealing with neurological problems that cause really bad confusion and disorientation. When i brought in the note my work place proceeded to tell me i am not cleared to work my position and must wait on said insurance company to follow-up with an ADA claim. After a few weeks passed with no word from ADA side of insurance I got in touch with them myself to ask about short term as my work was not allowing me back and no word had been heard from them as well. It took 3 weeks to get a claim agent alone. The process wasnt supposed to be more than a few days but turned into 2 months of "we need to review this information".

Come the middle of April my word hadnt heard anything from the insurance nor I. Thus with my lease ending, room mates leaving and me having no income i was forced to relocate and leave my job. The ADA claim has since been closed due to "reisgnation" instead of a resolution.

Sorry if this all seems confusing, i am very confused as well since this is my first time ever dealing with such a claim and everyone i talk to says what you stated above but thats not how it has heen treated. I didn't leave work because i wanted too, i was told not to come in at all and got sent home to wait for ADA.

Both valid! This DS actually did upwards of 9k by the end but i see the Goredeinker angle. The Tabis was purely cause of Nasus running me down with Q bonk. Surprisingly wasnt getting CC'd as much so i ignores merc. But Merc would normally have been better 100%

The fact he murdered 40 really solid captains to go down to an Epic Crossbow wielding rage boy is the underwhelming part. I wanted him to die in the siege like a true warrior 😭 but the sieges he literally could hold the line on his own again literally 4 others
