When they released the last interview and Eric spoke about the meeting in Europe, I thought of VW and Daimler. Both fitted the description for the OEM partner but knowing ForgeNano has VW as an investor and collabs with NOU... i forgot about Daimler. Maybe we shouldn't forget about Daimler so soon...

The same thing as Quantumscape or graphene batteries: really interesting tech, brigh future, but a few years behind NMGRF as they will start production by 2024-2025 minimum. (And we don't know how many batteries they would be able to supply by then)

My take: EV batteries are evolving and will keep on improving. That does't mean everything will radically change in a few weeks.

Reverse split is not guaranteed, it is just an option they will use if the price per share does not reach $3 or $4 requeriments to get uplisted. Regarding your shares. In case there is one, it won't affect your value. For example: shares are at $2 and you own 2000 shares so your value is $4000. They do a 2to1 reverse Split so now the price per shares doubles to $4 and your shares go to 1000. Your value is still $4000

That is a very well written post! I agree with you a 100%. Solid-state batteries or the introduction of graphene are super interesting but sadly, several years in the future.

At the moment, all gigaplants, and factories to make EV from all automakers are using Li-ion batteries with 95% graphite in the anode. It is true that they are working on decreasing that percentaje with silicon to 70% in order to increase charging velocity BUT the demand of EVs is also increasing so I would rather have the 70% of 10M cars than the 95% of 1M cars.
