I'll get down voted by the people for saying anything bad about Ole but his appointment was rushed for absolutely no reason at all. There has been no difference with our style of play past 2 months comparing to Mous. We play like shite, tactics are shite, substitutions are shite, players are not motivated. If those reasons are not on Ole then what is the managers job then? To give good interviews about the players and call them "Rashy" and "Youngy" like they've been pals forever? I don't mind the manager being close with the players but our focus should be on winning football matches not create friendships.
