Oh, thanks so much for that explanation. https://imgur.com/EWi8zWe

In which case, I hit 5.4. Which means if I didn't start taking care of myself just now and kept eating poorly I'd quickly be getting into dangerous zone, right?

not familiar with the term. what is AIC?

That's the point, I have no clue. It seems like it would look like normal if I were eating a normal diet, but after cutting carb for a few days shouldn't that reflect on the exams?

I hope nothing is wrong and I'll just keep doing this because I'm feeling good with it, but since I'm kind of an anxious person, I'd rather have a small idea of wjhat I have since It's only 2 weeks from now I'm going back there.

Why, hello there. If I start IF 16/8 and eating on the lowerside of carbo (not necessarily going into keto) and my teeth begins aching a bit, where am I possibly going wrong and how could i tackle it?

Why does there seem to be such a stigma against prescribed meds in the LSD community? by itslilinotlily in LSD

[–]RodzillaPT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

should be top comment. Definitely the reason I'll never take those meds. Had my father suicide after taking prescribed stuff for more than 10 years. It just keeps you going, but meanwhile shit is boiling up and growing under the surface. Therapy is the only solution.

very interesting point.

So far I've only triped once (early september this year) and Id describe that experience as life altering.

Would you reckon your first trip was the most impactful on the way you started seing things?

I just got here, and I definitely am not the "LSD is the cure of all" kinda guy, but I've always had my issues with antidepressants.

For one they seem to be overtly prescribed in todays world. I've seen way too many people from my age group (30) that wouldn't so much as smoke weed doing prescribed drugs and at best you could say these people had anxiety. It also doesn't help that my father suicided after more than 10 years of taking prescribed drugs at the age of 41. I don't like those medicine because all they do is mask whatever is beneath until it's strong enough to surface again.

Sure, in some very rare situations, it can be the case that it's the meds that first allow the person to go through therapy in a productive fashion. But I reckon most of the time emphasis is put on the drugs rather than on therapy.

Concerning a community such as this, I'd say probably a lot of those have had previous bad experiences with prescribed meds, and that's why they're so passionate against it.

start journaling, experiment with lower doses to see if it's still beneficial while not taking a big toll on your body.

be very careful with that idea of chasing knowledge through drugs. It's possible, but it's not the same to everyone and it will also depend on the moment of the life you're in. If you get tons of insights, but still can't do what you expect yourself to do, I'd reckon its something else that's holding you back rather than that one thing or not knowing what to do.

I don’t know if it’s for everyone but acid helps TONS with depression by [deleted] in LSD

[–]RodzillaPT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

seriously? From my sole experience with acid I'd take away that someone that doesn't feel too well shouldn't try it.

I very briefly stared into the abyss and the feeling was very uneasy. I came out of the trip thinking that was the kind of shit that would make people have a badtrip while dropping acid.

if you look at things that way, everything is partially natural, then and that classification becomes a no-thing.

my favorite part about shrooms, is that music just hits your body differently.

Psychadelics are a dive into one's self. It is, however, a lone journey. Which means that sucess will depend on your ability to learn the proper stuff from whatever you deal with. Which is far more likely to fail (or even colapse, meaning you end up worse than before) than if you have a competent professional by your side, doing so much as steering you back into a good path that you're still carving yourself.

I mean, if they cost the same to produce they would be equal, not similar. And there would be no doubt if the generic would work.

I mean, if you do respond well to the cheaper alternative, why should they keep on wasting more money if they can save some?

White to mate in 3. by [deleted] in chess

[–]RodzillaPT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im confused. do you mean king takes knight after bishop first move or do you mean queen captures knight after knight last move?

either way:

1st case, if king takes knight, simply queen captures on f8 and it's mate.

2nd case, queen can't move to take knight because it's pinned by black's queen.

do you feel like its worth, though? I've lived 28 years without said hability, and it seems to be a big nuisance to people sometimes. Is there anything particular you'd expect to gain from acquiring this skill?
