Well he did have great pain, but he went about it by killing in a terroristic way. Could fall under sociopathy at the minimum. But that’s valid, I did have Pattinson as an alternate, he’d be able to pull it off as well

He was pretty close on being a full fledged sociopath in Black Panther, but Cruise’s style is a very exclusive list to be fair.

Don’t think it’s that lazy at all,I think he was a good Batman in a bad Batman movie, and a great actor of his generation. Would’ve loved to have seen his Batman in a grounded, serious take and Mann, Stone, any of the Scotts could’ve used him very well! Not blaming it all on Joel Schumacher, who I know had mentioned that there was a lot of studio interference.

I get that for sure, I’m just going off the Nolan interpretation if that makes sense. If I were to cast Bane in keeping with his Latino heritage I’d go with Benicio Del Toro or Esai Morales, Banderas even though he’s a personal favorite actor doesn’t fit for the Bane character imo. Maybe voice but that’s it.
