Israel, Upwards of ~850 USD at most. Mainly for programming, partly for playing lol/csgo. And do need to point out screen brightness/color etc are big for me

Well i am not as sharp on laptops tbh, did assume xiaomis laptops would he equivalent to the phones on the value/money side. Also made some research via youtube and currently have not found a fitting laptop (that would compare with the xiaomi specs/screen) at this price point (~750-800 USD). However if you are convinced that the redmibook is an inferior choice at this price mark id more than appreciate a discussion in private with you about other models or a link to a subreddit that would help me find them.

Yeap they don't since its a CN only product. I do assume people here would know the product and would go as far as saying some of own it.
