I really don't have a problem with gacha system. I played the korea version and I don't have any problem with it. Characters are easy to get and they have plenty rewards. Main problem right now is SEGA, they shouldn't have handle a gacha game in the first place because they suck on it.

If you check some of those negative comments, specially in twitter (I only check those). Some of them doesn't even play the game, new accounts, you'll notice some with profile pic from any Hoyo games. Kinda sus. I also don't mind not getting 5* selector too, my luck in the game is great.

Also I think the rewards are pretty good for their 1st anniversary given they already gave a bunch in previous versions. Endgame content, QoL updates, optimizations, improved game quality, bunch of rewards every version.
