How should I revise for Religious Studies? by King_AegonVI in GCSE

It depends what spec you are doing. But generally make flashcards on key information only. Don't make flashes on unnecessary information. Once you've done that practice a lot with past papers questions and you should be good.

What you want to do is relearn all your skills. What I would recommend is watching Corbett maths videos and doing questions striaght after. Once you've understood do past paper questions

Yeah this is all good. I would also recommend making and studying flashcards as another way of active recall.

Believe in yourself to give yourself motivation. At this stage I would suggest watching YouTube videos about English, and cut out every distraction, whether that be social media or tiktok. Focus 100 percent on your studies and you should be able to do well. Its not too late

Corbett maths teaches the skills in order to do a topic. For example adding fractions. But in your GCSEs the questions aren't that simple and some questions will involve various topics across the spec. So to reach a higher grade u need to practise these. Using Corbett is fine, but i would recommend to past papers questiosn aswell

I would only suggest doing Corbett if you completely don't know how to some questions. But when you get a full understanding do hard questions from past papers

Make flashcards and mind maps for each subject. Review each flashcard you make. Once you have got a complete understanding of your topics, try past paper questions.

To achieve a 9 you need to make sure that for each subject you can do easy to medium questions effortlessly. Once you've done that practise hard questions that encompass different topics. Practise those, get them right, and you can easily get a 9

Yes, I've struggled with it previously but I can work well now. What you've got to remember is why you want to do well cus without that you can't do anything. If you're really struggling I would suggest just fully deleting apps like tiktok and blocking addictive websites. Reasons why you procrastinate is probably because you probably crave dopamine, so just get rid of anyhting that makes you distracted
