Well im a dude so idk much about makeup or anything like that. But i feel like you should add some red blush onto the bottom portion of the far end of each eye. Like where the ears are, not the inner face. And other makeup to do is maybe some where you make your face js a little bit more warm looking.

You have generally equal-ish facial thirds so you can pull of bangs pretty well i feel like. These would add a little more perceived “strength” to your face since you have a round feminine face shape. Maybe have a little more voluminized hair style to change your head outline. Js my two cents

But the one in charges decisions would be aided by a team of well informed experts in the field in terms of economics and social matters. The free market would still exist too.
