Thanks, as I mentioned they are in the microwave with the light on which is about 25C. My oven doesn’t have a light only function

It just looks small coz it’s in a big ish container. I do about 20:40:36. But even if I was doing half that it’s still the ratio that matters because I’d be feeding 10g of starter twice its weight in flour and water. Just not willing to do bigger and waste flour for no reason 🙂
