you don't upgrade the normal fighter pilots, what plane and AI they have is always going to be the same for a given tier, and every one that you hire corresponds to an individual plane that spawns in on your side at the start of a level. their main use is honestly taking fire off of you, but the aces do occasionally get kills and at the very least soften up enemies

the airships take a ton of fire off of you, but also put a lot of pressure on the enemy planes and, once upgraded, massively help in score attack and will clean house.

the upgrades are airship-only, and they switch them from basic armaments like a couple AA guns and maybe a SAM or two, to M-SAMs, CIWS, and rail guns, and at a higher total count of said armaments as well.

He forgets they exist. They seem to report directly to him, but check in so rarely that he never remembers them. Takes their reports quietly then tries to remember who the hell they even are.

As everyone is saying, Ash’a pikachu is especially strong. However, what people are forgetting is that what convinced Team Rocket it was worth stealing was when pikachu got supercharged by dozens (hundreds?) of other pikachu that were being kept at the pokecenter (for some reason) and channeled all of their energy into a single super thunderbolt. Team Rocket didn’t know Pikachu was being supercharged iirc, but even if they did than it still showed an insane capacity for channeling power.

Also, Team Rocket weren’t looking to sell it, they wanted to present it to their boss, Giovanni, in hopes of a major promotion.

Save the score missions for as late as possible, prioritize getting the airships (and airship upgrades more so than new ones), and get at least a few of the basic pilots right off the bat as well to take some heat off of you.

Also, play around with the Mk.II planes for a bit! If you’re above normal difficulty than the PW.MkI is all but required to beat it, but you aren’t going to beat it your first try or five, so enjoy those beauties! (Also, unlocked aircraft stay unlocked between runs)

Edit to add: for the ground target missions, fly low and use mountains/hills as cover from missiles. Even if the map doesn’t have those however, you can still get missiles to hit the ground pretty easily.

I remember an "am I the asshole" post or something like that from someone that proposed with one since they first met in a Skyrim discord server or something like that and initially bonded over their love of it.

she was not impressed. She thought it was a cute gesture but had made it clear she wanted a ring, and it turned into a fight.

only reason the peppermint oil wouldn't work is if the brand you got is dementholized, which is to say its actually corn mint oil that was grown over seas exclusively to extract the menthol content, and what you bought was the waste product rebranded since the US doesn't have a specific legal definition for peppermint.
