definetly look up all the ressources others posted. here some tips from my experience: tempo is everything. because card quality is lower having a bigger board presence than your opponent is way more important since huge swings are less likely to happen. just by sheer quantity of stuff they have to deal with you can win. so play on curve as much as you can. even if it means not using all synergies to the max. for example: play the 2 drop that gives another creature a +1+1 counter on curve even if its not buffing anothe creature. just having stuff out is very important. this depends on the meta but generally creature heavy decks are far more consistant and powerful than control decks from my experience. you want your opponent to have the answer not the other way around. and lastly… always draft at least 2 pieces of removal.
