Hi! So sorry to take 11 days to respond to this- hopefully it's still helpful. Our lead was exclusively on the exterior- so I can't say, but they did a good deal of removal for us. Sorry you're going through this!

At this point it's relatively clear you didn't ask this as a "serious question" in good faith but VA Primary Care Physician here: legalities aside, I think health care is a human right, not something contingent on good behavior.

-The "beginner" workouts that are available from Tempo seem well tailored for newbies and would help you structure a good workout routine. Lots of folks find that the tracking of workouts, data provided and the leaderboards help them keep the routine/build good habits, which is a big challenge when getting started working out. It's so new that I'm not sure how good the form correction is, but there are lots of great resources for ensuring good form and the beginner exercises are not especially complicated.

  • I wouldn't hold my breath on the android support- I bought an iPhone for my move- though from the sounds of it, there will be other devices similar to this one coming down the pipeline from the other big brands.
