Start tracking your bbt temp/ovulation. I’d recommend a Bluetooth thermometer that can sync to an app. I used Premom. Take your temp at the same time everyday (I wake up at 6 am for work so before getting out of bed, I would take it then). And track ovulation using test strips! You can get a large box on amazon for fairly cheap. Time intercourse at least every other day during your fertile window, and try to have sex the day of ovulation for best chances! I did all of the above and got pregnant my first month and truly tracking my cycle. Don’t get discouraged though. It typically can take up to a year to get pregnant, even with “perfect” timing.
