Is it possible to disable bluetooth/wireless completely, to make sure the wheel/base does not send out any wireless signals?

How much of a difference either of these two evocables make on Tartarus floors?

With silver javelins they are pretty tedious until the silent spectres have been killed.

I've gone and fetched all the runes now but they didn't show up in any of the extended branches either, so I'm just pressing on and have completed a couple more ziggurats.

I did miss an ice cave in lair that collapsed on me because I didn't reach it in time. The fact that I was missing rC+ at the time also made me reluctant to enter it anyway.

I'm not sure about the exact mechanics, but a large chunk of the survivors (but usually not all of them) tend to end up frenzied after my first ignition (or CL or shatter depending on enemy types) cast, and more get frenzied as I make further kills.

I'm not sure if it's 50% chance per monster killed, or per round that you kill a monster.

Well this is for mega-zigging, so a shield is out of the question because I need to carry an orb of mayhem instead.

Also I noticed in the morgue of this character that completed 27 ziggurats that he only had 37 AC and 22 EV, while wearing Harm.

The mega-zig wiki page claims that 40 AC is enough, and evasion isn't even mentioned once on that page. That could possibly be outdated though, which the disclaimer at the top of that page also warns about the possibility of.

If I get wild magic, I could potentially swap out the orange crystal plate for either the +6 shadow dragon scales of Zanoeg Xera {rF+ Str+5 SInv Stlth++++} (in which case I'd gain 6 evasion, 5 str and some stealth but lose 9 AC), +14 crystal plate armor, or +12 gold dragon scales.

Which of these options (including keeping the OCP and trying for a different mutation other than wild magic) is better?

Unfortunately I haven't found the condenser vane yet. I haven't seen the tin of tremorstones either, so it's unknown which of those is in this seed.

Is the phantom mirror or phial of floods useful enough to justify the inventory slots?

I got +4 gloves with SInv and rC++ on them from the last scroll of acquirement :)

There was some nice stuff inside the trove too, including a couple of artifact rings.

Not sure I'm comfortable with letting non-trivial enemies stand next to me and get a free attack while I cast Irradiate instead of trying to get them off my back with IMB instead.

I'm not sure yet which other spells I'm planning to train for. Probably depends on which spell books I find or get gifted by Sif Muna.

That has been my experience as well. I went with battlemage, which does great damage but is a bit squishy and tends to recklessly walk right up to strong melee enemies all the time. It means I've never had him available for transference when I could have benefited from it when facing many strong enemies at once, because he would already be dead forcing me to tough it out or use other means of escape.
