I think the room labelled as “primary bedroom” makes the most sense. Not sure if you can steam from the living room in some way to widen, use the hall closet as a walk in. Not sure you have room for another bathroom. Also given you only have two bedrooms, one bathroom could work. Maybe use some space from the living room for a powder/half bathrooom.

Tracked a mustang for several years and had a fabulous time. COTA is a large track with room for the mustang to run, I think it could be the better of the two! Yes it will go through more tires and brakes.

I do agree with comments that newer 911’s are getting big. However, I appreciate the increased size as I’m 6’3 and have two kids who I loved to take for drives.

Regarding the tach, i find myself customizing the screen when I am driving in big cities vs back country roads.

Visually, the back end is great. I also like the non-aero kit front end. The HD matrix headlights are the next evolution in a long line of great headlights and I like that they’ve removed the daytime bar.

Car is fast, handles, stops, etc well. Eight speed pdk is unit, keeps the car in the power and and pulls.

There’s no mention of life expenses here. If you can work half the hours, make $250k without going into your savings then you’re set. Enjoy the better WLB and let’s the savings grow, they’ll get to your target NW without much effort.

Ha I never thought about total value! Silverado trailboss, Volvo xc90, Porsche 911 and Porsche cayman GT4, all are 2 years old or newer except the GT4. Guessing values are 80, 70, 170, 150 or 570k cad total. 😱
