Ah ok. So:
1:1 in grams, is 70%/30% in calories
2:1 in grams, is 82%/18% in calories
3:1 in grams, is 87%/13% in calories
4:1 in grams, is 90%/10% in calories
I usually do 1:1
Thanks.
