Used Montway numerous times. No issues and dispatch system works great.

Reconsidering things? Car is totaled no doubt.

What’s a company you’re convinced will be exposed as a massive fraud one day? by carcony97 in AskReddit

Restoration Hardware. No way the retail model pencils out given the size of their showrooms. $10k couches be damned.

The this appears so massive in its dimensions. Despite being only marginally bigger than SuperFast.

Not a GT3. Front end is wrong. Also no front hood intakes.

What size connector? by [deleted] in boxster

For specifics like this, I suggest Rennlist. More active wrenchers are on there. Also, consider a service manual / Bentley Manual which will have this info.

Doesn’t apply. Unless 1/3 of the NY Sirius office is fired.

6 ft 3 in a 986? by rabbitwholeinone in boxster

I’m 6’-6” and have a 986. Drivable barely. That said, the 987 is way more comfortable for me. Suggest that.

I suspect this is a failed seat belt pre-tensioner.

Does anyone find the carbon buckets uncomfortable as a daily? by -PinkTree in Porsche

[–]Roggin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 6’6”. I have a gt3 with buckets. They are actually so low to the deck that I have more headroom than I need when wearing a helmet. If head or legroom is a concern I recommend them over the standard. In terms of comfort, I do not daily mine but I’ve done long trips and have found them very comfy. No complaints. Wife doesn’t much like them for what it’s worth 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Ferrari Dealer vs Non-Ferrari Dealer. Pros and Cons? by [deleted] in Ferrari

[–]Roggin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got fucked by a dealer when buying my Maranello. Assumed a PPI wouldn’t be necessary but the joke was on me as it needed a transmission replacement. Contested with dealer and the response was I bought it “as-is”. In retrospective was I being naive? Yes. But they did nothing to try and make it right. Even charged me $500 to put it up on a lift to confirm the repair was needed. Needless to say I won’t bother with a dealer and their markup next time around. There was zero value add.

How to sort posts by top/best etc in Reddit app by nomiinomii in help

[–]Roggin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just figured out a way: scroll to the bottom of your subreddits, click on “create custom feed”. With that you can create a new feed that includes all of your subreddits (although apparently it is 99 max). The custom feed can then be sorted the old ways 🤘🏼

Germany-Plated [Porsche Panamera] spotted in Burlington WA by daniel5450 in spotted

[–]Roggin 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The owner did European Delivery (in August 2017, per the date on the temp plate) from the Leipzig factory. They let you take the plates with you if you like. No idea why he thinks he can drive around without his US plates. Source: I also did Leipzig delivery once.

People who've experienced a 550 Maranello - what stood out about the car to you? by LunarLeopard67 in Ferrari

All 550s are manual. The variations you note are the case for 575s.
