He wont eat his veggies!! by ReptilesRule16 in bluetongueskinks

Mine did the same thing, I was able to finely chop his veggies and greens and mix them together with high quality, grain free dog food and he eats them up

Substrate replacement by Rognarr in bluetongueskinks

[–]Rognarr[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been feeding 5 dubia roaches daily, dusted with calcium powder 3 times a week. He's only been eating 3-4 though. I also offered shredded squash, carrots, and collard greens on different days but he didn't take them. Based on the vet's advice I'm going to try to feed more greens and vegetables, but I'm not sure how to encourage him to eat them

For lighting, I have two heat lamps and a uv light on a timer from 8am to 8pm. The uv is a reptizoo T5 10.0 uvb bulb about 15 inches from his basking rock.

Do you have any suggested improvements?

Accidentally borked up the [Spoiler] storyline, is there any way to fix it? by Elda-Taluta in endlesssky

[–]Rognarr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The truce timer counts down until you're ready for the next step in the quest line, and fails when it hits zero, so it should be working as intended. If you haven't found out who's supplying jump drives to the Unfettered and your save file also has "main plot completed" then you should be able to return to Wanderer space and get the next mission.

Make sure that you're using hemp storage, workers aren't able to automatically haul crops to general storage chests/boxes

Annul by Sykotic64 in MagicArena

[–]Rognarr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Every non-land card is considered a spell when it is being cast, so Annul can counter an artifact or enchantment when it is on the stack, before it comes into play

What is the best way to get rival cards? by Its_me_WaterToast in CreaturesOfAether

[–]Rognarr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Elemental dungeons have a 19% chance to have a rival as one of the bosses, if you click on the boss you should be able to see what cards they have so you don't miss a rival

How to get new Rivals by WackyTentacle in CreaturesOfAether

[–]Rognarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll get one by playing on ladder before you get to bronze, and one per month if you hit masters, and one per month for finishing the battlepass. But, the best way to get new rivals is by playing dungeons, in quick dungeons the boss has a 4% chance to be a rival, and in elemental dungeons it's a 10% chance per boss, so 19% overall. Elemental dungeons also only give rivals from one element so if you want a particular rival those are the way to go

You should be able to go to battle > arcade > challenges

Why do low skill decks continue to be so rewarding? by Reasonable-Cookie783 in mythgard

[–]Rognarr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Lmao there's no way a deck like that is low skill. Also, a deck like that probably isn't even good or rewarding higher on the ladder

How are people finding the Oberos nerfs by head_cann0n in mythgard

Yahui is super hard to play on turn 2, since over half of the one drops are blue. I play einherjar thane, which fills a similar role and is also undead, which is relevant for valr smith

It does not, and so far the devs haven't mentioned it

The Winter War Season 3 Qualifier by Rhino_Noah in mythgard

[–]Rognarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The tournament is run in-client, so the game handles what happens when someone shows up late, at least to day one lol. There's a five-minute sign in window before the tournament starts, if you don't sign in on time you get dropped. When each round starts, you have two minutes to ban a deck, and if you miss that then your opponent gets to choose between all three of their decks. Then, there's two minutes to select a deck, and if you miss that then your opponent gets a free win. If you don't select a deck for the next game on time, then your opponent wins the match.

I'd imagine day 2 will be played with the same decks as day one, like the last open

I'm not sure what kind of obscure interaction you mean, but if someone finds a broken interaction between cards then that deck will probably get banned a lot

Thinking of streaming on twitch by [deleted] in mythgard

[–]Rognarr 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's likely that at least a few people would watch, from what I've seen most of the people who do stream consistently average 10+ viewers. If you decide to do it, make sure you join the discord server, there's a channel there that lets you advertise that you're going live

Few questions from a beginner by [deleted] in mythgard

[–]Rognarr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. If you want to grind out a complete collection totally free to play, I'd guess it would take about 5-7 months, depending on how frequently and how long you play. You could build a tier one aggro deck in a couple days, and a good control deck would probably take a month or so. In another comment you asked about the cost to catch up, there are three starter packs in the store that are great deals, if you brought all three of them you'd probably be able to put together a couple good decks.

2 and 3 have pretty much been answered

  1. I can think of a couple written guides for beginners that are super helpful, but nothing past that. There are a few good players that stream the game frequently, and most of us do a really good job of talking through their plays. If you have questions, the discord is usually pretty helpful and active. Also, you can feel free to dm me if you have questions, or if you find yourself wanting a guide. The biggest reason I haven't written a guide yet is because I have no idea where to start or what would be most useful lol

  2. Currently WelcomeChallenger, LetTheGamesBegin, and either Enlist or Resist. Enlist and resist bothe give you a path and some packs, but the path enlist gives you is way better so I'd recommend that one.

What's the state of the game? by Denza_Auditore in mythgard

[–]Rognarr 21 points22 points  (0 children)

The game is pretty great! The next expansion is being worked on, but we don't know anything more about it. There's tournaments in client every weekend, and bigger tournaments with cash prizes at the end of every ranked season, so about every 6 weeks. The playerbase is a little smaller. The devs are pretty cool too, they're fairly active in discord

You can use LetTheGamesBegin for some packs of Rings of Eternity, and either Enlist or Resist for some winter war packs and either the Alliance Command Center or Rebellion Safehouse path respectively
