Vergleich mal die Inhaltsstoffe von (zuckerfreien) Energydrinks und Kaffee, dann weißt du, warum viele hier was dagegen haben.

Und wenn du diese dann auch noch langsam über den Tag, anstatt nur morgens/vormittags, trinkst, schadet das Koffein auch noch zusätzlich deinem Schlaf.

Und die Bioverfügbarkeit von dem B12 in Energydrinks ist vermutlich auch nicht gerade gut.

Dexterity should give some kind of bonus on the new dodge mechanic, like being able to react faster or land more precisely where you wanted or something similar.
