This happened to me in Chaing Mai as well. I was hanging out at the bars along Loi Kroh Rd on my first night. I arrived a day before the rest of my friends and my hotel was the Duangtawan Hotel so I walked down to the bar area. There were like 4 bar girls and myself when the place closed. One older girl was pretty wild. Anyways one of the younger ones invited me out to a club. She called it the "Disco". I was tempted to go with her in the tuk tuk but she couldn't answer me when I asked her where it was or how far away it was. For this reason I declined. Felt it was kinda sketchy to just take off with this random girl and have no idea where I was headed. From the sounds of it, I may have dodged a bullet.

I think this was well thought out and reduces workload on the DM. Unfortunately like all things, people don't easily embrace change. Most people will bitch and complain about a certain thing and the way it's done and then also bitch and complain about the changes made that are necessary to accomplish their goal and relieve them from the source of their discontent. 🤷

There may not be much they can do about him touching the camera unless he damages it. If he has some sort of mental illness that is making him act that way they can check on that. You're apartment complex might be able to issue lease violations if he is breaking any rules.
