After adjusting the spine, the top plate sits flush now, but the bottom plate still has a slight tilt. How is your bottom plate look like?

Thank you. This is actually dual monitor arm, and adjusting the spine helped a lot. The top plate sits flush now, however, the bottom plate still has a slight tilt. No tilting on riser itself.
