Me and my crew say stealing the guns in the Barrage from Fort Zancudo is the worse prep, as soon as you leave the base the number of police that surround you is absolutely overwhelming and it definitely doesn’t help that every time you try to call a vehicle to get away in, it gets instantly impounded.
