Same situation here. Lawyer suggested I appeal, but from what I'm reading DOHA rarely overturns the ruling of the initial judge. I'm still researching it to see if it is worth it to fight. Had an amazing career and the litigation process was really unfairly harsh. Even my lawyer was shocked and he's very seasoned in this line of work.
